Adjunct Professor of Spanish
I have taught Spanish since 1996 (and I love it ). I also have an interest in the field of education, having taught various courses at the college level since 2018. I am currently a PhD student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I study leadership and I research sustained volunteerism in the field of child advocacy with the hope of improving volunteer support across disciplines.
I did my undergraduate work in Spanish at the University of Pittsburgh and my M.Ed. at Lock Haven University. I am currently a PhD student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania

My husband and I live in Carlisle, PA. We have two adult sons. Our youngest graduated from Messiah College in 2022 (Civil Engineering). I enjoy travel both for exploration and mission work. I also like to play board games, swing dance, hike, kayak and go camping.
