Micah Hughes, PhD, MSc, is passionate about teaching and mentoring students in Christ-Centered Public Health and Christian Higher Education. He is honored to serve as an adjunct faculty member of the Nutrition and Exercise Science department of the Messiah University School of Graduate Studies. Additionally, Dr. Hughes serves as the Program Director of the Baltimore Urban Studies (BUS) study-away program for undergraduate students of Messiah University and more than 30 other institutions of Higher Education. With 22 years of international and multicultural higher education experience, he is grateful for the privilege of accompaniment with students in transformative learning processes of spiritual formation, reconciliation, and “wholistic health.”
