Profile

Abigail is a Pushcart nominated young adult novelist who aims to help struggling teens feel seen, heard, and understood. Abigail is the founder and owner of Wild Ink Publishing, an independent traditional publishing company. Her goal is to be a steppingstone publisher for debut novelists and poets as they grow their writing career and publication lists. Through Wild Ink’s anthology projects, she has published more than two hundred aspiring authors. She has also published a number of novels, picture books, chapbooks, and books of poetry. Abigail is not afraid to publish experimental works that other publishing houses shy away from.

Abigail runs the Young Writers Workshop and the Young Filmmakers Workshop at Messiah University, and teaches publishing, editing, and writing short works in the M.F.A. program at Southern New Hampshire University. She enjoys appearing on podcasts and speaking publicly. Her topics include issue-driven writing, healing through writing, authorship for teens, and creating believable characters.
