Holly Fertsch ’20
Building Substitute and Afterschool Worker
Holly graduated from Messiah in 2020. Thereafter, she moved to Harrisburg, PA and started work with the Sycamore House Service Corps. She is currently placed as a building substitute and afterschool worker at St. Stephen's Episcopal School in Harrisburg. She is also teaching DEAR (Drop Everything And Read) classes.
On applying her studies at Messiah to St. Stephen's Episcopal School, Holly says "It feels rewarding to use my English degree to help foster a love of reading in kids."
