Strengthen and Stretch (Fitness Class)

In this class, you will do movements similar to Pilates. We will strengthen by doing core-focused and full body movements with various equipment, and we will stretch by doing slow mindful movements with breathing. Come to get a workout and a time of rest as you strengthen and stretch your muscles!
