Mindful Movement (Fitness Class)

Mindful Movements will combine elements of Tai Chi, Qigong and Xingyi to help participants improve flexibility, balance, strength/endurance and calmness of the mind. The activities and forms used during this introductory class will emphasize slow and low impact movements with focused breathing to enhance the mind-body connection. Wear comfortable clothes that will allow for mobility.
