Your signature at the end of the form will indicate that you agree to the statements below:
- I understand that students are required to carry 12 or more semester hours while residing in the residence halls.
- I understand that an exception may be made for me to live on campus with a class load of 7* – 11 credits and I will be expected to contribute to an environment conducive to studying so that I will not be a distraction to those living around me. *Seven credit minimum does not apply to CPA students or seniors in their last semester.
- I understand that if I fail to cooperate with Residence Life in maintaining an environment where my peers can study, then I may be asked to move off campus with no refund of room fees.
- I understand that I must be in good standing with the College including being free of academic, disciplinary and chapel probation.
- I have read and understood the above statements and I agree to abide by them.
- I fully understand that dropping below 12 hours may impact my financial aid/scholarships and I have been advised to meet with the Office of Financial Aid.
All submitted forms will go through the following process:
- RD & Advisor approval
- Verification that student is not on any probations
If you are enrolled for 6 credits or less and you are not a senior in your last semester or a CPA student your form will go through two additional steps for approval:
- Demonstration of significant time commitment at internship, job, classwork (or some other commitment). This information can be included in the reason section of the form.
