Nutrition

Nutrition is not only an essential cornerstone of prevention and therapy for many chronic diseases and conditions; it is also a valuable tool to maximize overall wellness and quality of life.

Our nutritionist is passionate about coming alongside students and assisting them in their personal health journeys. This can vary widely between a host of different needs, some of which are listed below. Whether students are concerned about their relationship with food, are having difficulty navigating the dining options on campus to provide appropriate nutrition for management of their health condition, or they need more tools for adequate sport fueling, she is prepared to meet them where they are and support them according to their individual goals. Read more about her background on the “ºÚÁÏÍø Us” page.
