What is a Living Learning Community?
Messiah’s living learning communities house together students of a common interests / majors toward increased connection, belonging and engagement in-and-outside the classroom. In order to promote opportunities for interactions among a diverse group of students, each living learning community also houses students who are studying other majors too. Messiah currently has three living learning communities. Students who experience living learning communities are more likely to feel a deeper sense of community and connection to the instituion, as well as to experience more seamless learning.
