Inflow- Created by Dr. George Sachs, PsyD, a licensed psychologist who specializes in ADHD/ADD.

Inflow is the science-based app to help people understand and manage ADHD symptoms by providing CBT programs, access to personal ADHD coaches, live events with ADHD experts, and an in-app community of people who share similar challenges. Inflow gives helpful educational modules on ADHD related subjects including Anxiety, Procrastination, Impulsivity and Avoidance.

Inflow has a limited free version and various paid subscriptions including options for monthly or annual subscription with the opportunity for online coaching. A monthly subscription without coaching is $22.49/month.

Calm- Created by Michael Acton Smith and Alex Tew in 2012.

The highly rated Calm app is a mindfulness app that provides meditations, breathing exercises, calming exercises, masterclasses, music, and sleep stories which aim to help people sleep more and stress less. Calm has many offerings, the interface is relatively simple to navigate, and they are continuously updating content.

Calm has a limited free version and various paid subscriptions. For college students who already use an Amazon Prime Student discount, they can use Calm Premium for 3 months for free and then pay a discounted annual subscription of $8.99/year.

VirtualHopeBox- Created by the Department of Health

VirtualHopeBox is an app that can provide comfort with distractions, relaxation techniques, inspiration, comforting photos, and coping skills when you are in distress. You can also add an emergency contact to call if these resources are not working. Other than the emergency contact, the app can work fully without service or data.
